Megaworld really has a lot of faults.

I'm living in one of the condos they built. My bathroom ceiling was leaking. Guess what's above me. It was only when I threatened legal action that they finally paid attention to me.

Also, they are violating some rules regarding homeowner associations. They have never called for a general assembly and homeowners have no control over what happens in the building. Check out the financial statements of the condo association and it shows that we are in the red. We are suspicious that there is something fishy going on with the board which are composed of Megaworld execs. Why is it all Megaworld people there? Because they haven't called a meeting/election and we can't get a real homeowner (one of us) there. Probably no one on the board lives on the building and they just don't see the problem.

A lot of promises in the brochure aren't fulfilled. Don't get your hopes up that you'll get what you see there. Once they sell to you and they get your money, I doubt you'll ever hear from them again. We are not all multi-millionaires who spend millions buying more than one unit. But even if you buy 2 or more units, like some of the people here in my condo, they still have the same problems talking to someone there in Megaworld. Basically, Megaworld is equal opportunity complaint ignorers.

Also, I still haven't got my CCT. It's been 2 years and I am fully paid.

With a lot of condominiums being built today and for the next few years, you have the option to shop around. I heard that Ayala is very good.

  1. We're enjoining all unit owners and residents to join CGS Community Support Group and its advocacy to fight for the rights of residents of this gated community. So much has been said about our community and we need to grow our strength in numbers to actually have something done right now!

If you own a unit and want to further improve the services offered by the current management group headed by First Oceanic Property Management (FOPM) then our SEC-registered non-profit group is your advocate.

Our goal is to consolidate all 2,800+ unit owners and provide them with timely updates and news so more can be done to make sure the Association Dues we pay goes back to the owners by way of transparency and accountability.

Join us and get more people to be part of our group. Copy this URL address and add yourself in our group today! https://www.facebook.com/groups/103795739666063/
