megaworld has never changed. we bought a 3 bedroom condo behind makati sports almost 10yrs ago (i think) and we had a lot of issues. issues were:
1. turn over was delayed (i think), but for us that was a plus because we had to pay the remaining xxx% upon turnover.
2. we bought 2 parking spaces, sabi namin dapat yung separate spaces, binigay ba naman tandem parking! hassle yun pag 2 cars mo at gagamitin mo yung nasa loob! we threatened to sue so instead they gave us another parking space (worth 600k) sa lower basement.
3. the ceiling of the 3rd bedroom is too low. i mean im not 6'5, but parang mauumpog na ulo mo sa baba ng ceiling. as usual, we threatened to sue again and they fixed the problem.
4. madaming sablay sa mga finishing. siguro natutuo na sila sa amin and they just repainted some parts of our unit and pinalitan mga fixtures.
if you were a potential condo buyer, go for properties built by ayala. mas mahal but you get what you pay for. besides, mas malaki ang resale in the future and palaging in demand yung properties (in terms of rent). we have a unit sa one legaspi park and were quite happy with it.
