just a thought, is it legal for condo units to have exclusive suppliers - for example, most cityland condos only allow globelines and destiny cable, in our case sa Greenbelt Parkplace, ang balita is exclusive daw for PLDT at Destiny, honestly, di ko masyado gusto Destiny cable eh. tska diba parang monopoly na rin yun - in a smaller scale syempre ... i think may law against that - meron ba? kasi unfair advantage of the exclusive supplier over the other suppliers - same principle i guess.
di pa ako lumilipat sa greenbelt parkplace eh, pero sa condo that i'm living in right now, you have freedom to get pldt or globelines.
i was also talking to one of the residents kanina, they moved in last May pa, sobrang frustrated din sila eh... kasi in the first place, dapat ayos na yun phonelines at cable eh....
haay, buti pa ayala managed properties, wala pa ako narinig na nadissapoint ng sobra sa ayala eh... meron din ba?
